2. Information we collect

We process customer account, billing-reference, website configuration, and support information. On customer websites, we process service-request details supplied by leads, including contact information, descriptions, service locations, and optional images. On the Maison Naué website, we measure pseudonymous sessions, page order, referral and campaign labels, coarse country, device, browser and screen categories, active time, scroll depth, section reach, exits, and actions such as form starts and checkout steps. Analytics does not store visitor names, email addresses, raw IP addresses, full browser user-agent strings, or form contents.

3. How information is used

Information is used to provide and secure the platform, understand how the Maison Naué website is used, improve its content and checkout journey, deliver leads to the relevant business, manage subscriptions and domains, prevent abuse, and communicate operational updates. Payment-card data is collected directly by PayPal and is not stored by Maison Naué.

4. Sharing and retention

Lead information is shared only with the business to which it was submitted and with service providers necessary to operate email, hosting, and billing. We retain records only as reasonably required for service, security, and legal obligations. Analytics sessions, page views, and events are deleted after 180 days. Customers and service providers may have separate analytics settings on their own sites.

5. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing us. Some billing and transaction records may be retained where legally required.
