Because custom design work begins after verified payment, refund eligibility for the USD $199 build fee depends on how much work has been completed. Requests should be made promptly to Email Maison Naué. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Hosting subscriptions

Annual hosting is USD $948 per year and is charged without a trial; monthly hosting is USD $99 per month and begins after a 30-day trial. Customers can manage their payment method with PayPal and cancel hosting through the Maison Naué dashboard. Paid service remains available through the current billing period; trial cancellation takes effect immediately.

Domains

Domain registration costs may become non-refundable once registration has been completed. Premium-domain costs are not included in the standard package.

Billing disputes

Contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate. Approved refunds are returned through PayPal to the original payment method.
